Precision Instrument Co. (PIC) was established in November 1969 in Mumbai- historical business center and financial capital of India. The company manufactures and exports Flameproof Coils, Solenoid Valves, Pressure Regulators, Class 'H' Coils, etc. Located in a landmark area called A-Z Industrial Estate, PIC was started as a partnership company by the Gwalani Group. This business house had by then already merited the distinction of pioneering the manufacture of pneumatic control valves, flow switches, level switches, diaphragm type safety relief valves, air filter cum pressure regulating valves; which were known in the Indian market by the brand name of "Flowell" distributed by the well known company called Blue Star Ltd. The rich experience gained in development of engineering and manufacturing these import substitution in those early years (1970's) led to the logical extension of forming Precision Instrument Co.

Precision Instrument Co. perfected the art of designing SOVs & FCPRs in India, which was until then dominated by only foreign brands. These were marketed under the brand name of "Flocon"; today after three decades of presence in the Indian market, the Flocon brand is reckoned with the topmost standards of Quality and Reliability. The company has a pool of efficient engineers and technocrats. They work in close co-ordination with our clients to understand their specifications and deliver products in exact accordance.
